We support SMA and Fimer (ABB) string and central solar inverters two ways — component-level repair of boards and sub-assemblies sent to our bench, and full inverter service on site, including fault-finding, replacement, commissioning and refurbished exchange units.
Send a unit or board for repairReceive
A board, sub-assembly or a complete inverter — with the fault description and any error codes logged by the unit or the monitoring portal.
Diagnose
Bench testing to isolate the failure to a component or a stage, or on-site fault-finding where the inverter stays in place.
Repair
Component-level repair with matched parts; board or module exchange where a repair is not economic.
Test
Function and load testing against the unit's acceptance criteria, with results recorded.
Return / commission

Boards & modules we service.
A sample of the control boards, power supplies and measurement modules we bench-repair and test — sent in on their own or as part of a full inverter or controller service.
Basic Control Unit card
ABB BCU-12 basic control unit card — bench-tested and returned with a full function-test record.
Buffer module
MURR Elektronik MB Cap buffer module (Art. No. 85184) — DC 23–30V input, 20A buffered output, charge/discharge function tested.
Switch mode power supply
MURR Elektronik switch mode power supply (Art. No. 85179) — 110–240VAC input, DC24V/5A output, load-tested.
Resistance measurement unit
ABB MRUL.01 insulation resistance measurement unit — tested and calibrated before return.
Gamesa Wind Turbine Control Unit
