Six things we do.
From a single machined part to a full refurbishment programme with held stock — scoped to the drawing and the turbine platform.
Talk to the workshopManufacturing
Machined and fabricated components to the OEM drawing or a reverse-engineered sample. Every part ships with a material certificate and a dimensional report against the controlling drawing.
Refurbishment & repair
Strip, clean, inspect, replace bearings, seals and wear parts, reassemble and test. Each unit returns with an inspection record — what was measured, what was replaced and the tests it passed.
Testing & inspection
Pressure and flow rigs for hydraulic units, electrical bench testing for slip rings and controls, dimensional and NDT checks. Results recorded and issued with the part.
Supply & held stock
Call-off stock of common spares — seal kits, fastener sets, filter elements, isolators — held against a framework agreement and shipped as matched sets.
Reverse engineering
Obsolete or unsupported part? We measure or 3D-scan a sample, produce a controlled drawing and re-manufacture to the original fit, form and function.
Field & site support
Structured failure investigation (8D), root-cause analysis and fitment guidance for site teams. Open a service / failure report →

Part code, OEM number, drawing or nameplate photo — plus the turbine platform and quantity.
Assessment & quote
We match the part or assess the unit, confirm what's needed and quote price and lead time.
Manufacture / refurbish
Work proceeds against the controlling drawing with in-process inspection and hold points.
Test, certify & ship
Final test and dimensional check, certificates and records issued, part packed and dispatched.
