EnergySYS works from a machining and assembly workshop in Coimbatore, India, supplying wind turbine generator OEMs, independent power producers and service providers, and parts distributors. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm founding year, plant area, headcount and machine list.]

Our scope is deliberately narrow: rotating joints, main bearing housing assemblies, hydraulic power packs, couplings, isolators and the custom parts that sit around them. We manufacture to drawing, remanufacture worn units back to spec, and run the tests that prove they are fit to go back up the tower.

We take single-part orders. A distributor needing one seal kit and an OEM placing a annual framework contract are quoted with the same care.

EnergySYS runs an integrated management system covering quality (ISO 9001:2015), environment (ISO 14001) and occupational health & safety (ISO 45001). Certificates are available on request and on the downloads page.

Every refurbished unit leaves with an inspection record: what was measured, what was replaced, and the test results it passed. Manufactured parts ship with material certificates and dimensional reports against the controlling drawing.
